How We Compare

  • Supply chain LOZAVY: Own 20,000 m² factory in Shenzhen, China — you audit the real production line Typical market practice: Trading companies resell from unnamed workshops with no audit access
  • RF testing LOZAVY: 100% RF tested before shipment, chip by chip Typical market practice: Batch sampling only, defective rate usually not disclosed
  • Minimum order LOZAVY: From 100 pcs on standard epoxy tags and key fobs Typical market practice: Commonly 500–1,000 pcs for customised NFC products
  • Sampling speed LOZAVY: Stock samples free (you cover shipping), shipped in 1–2 working days; custom samples 3–5 working days Typical market practice: Samples often charged and take 1–2 weeks
  • Customisation scope LOZAVY: Chip, size, shape, printing, UID laser numbering and NDEF encoding in one factory Typical market practice: Printing and encoding often outsourced to separate vendors
  • Sample fee refund LOZAVY: Fully credited back once the bulk order reaches USD 10,000 Typical market practice: Sample fees are usually non-refundable

The F08 (FM11RF08) IC blank card is our highest-volume smart card: a 1 KB MIFARE Classic S50-compatible chip from Fudan Microelectronics, laminated into a plain white CR80 PVC body. It reads and writes on every mainstream 13.56 MHz reader and costs noticeably less than the imported equivalent, which is why it is the default choice for access control, campus cards and membership programmes.

Key Features

  • Drop-in replacement for MIFARE Classic S50 — same command set, same 16-sector structure, no firmware change on the reader side.
  • Available with 4-byte or 7-byte UID to match your existing reader configuration.
  • Stock white blanks ship immediately; printed and pre-encoded versions from 100 pcs.

Typical Applications

  • Door access and time attendance
  • Campus and factory one-card systems
  • Membership and stored-value cards
  • Bus and parking ticketing

Customisation Options

Every card is produced in our own factory, so the card body and the artwork are handled under one roof. Choose offset or digital printing for full-colour artwork, add a magnetic stripe (LoCo / HiCo), a signature panel, embossed numbering, a scratch-off panel or a punched slot. We can also pre-write your UID, NDEF record or sector keys so the cards go straight into your system on arrival. Artwork is checked by our engineers before plating, and we send a digital proof for approval.

Samples, MOQ & Lead Time

MOQ is 100 pcs per chip specification. Stock samples are free of charge and you only cover the shipping — they ship within 1–2 business days by DHL or FedEx. Custom sampling takes 3–5 days and carries a sample fee, which is credited back in full once the related bulk order reaches USD 10,000 or more. Standard lead time for 10,000 cards is about 12–15 days after artwork approval. Every card is 100% RF tested before packing, and we ship worldwide on EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the process and chip. Standard products start from 100 pcs; electronic labels and inlays start from 1,000 pcs. Send us your target quantity and we will confirm the exact MOQ.
Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Yes. Stock samples are free — you only cover shipping, and they ship within 1–2 business days. Custom samples take 3–5 working days and carry a sample fee, credited back in full once your bulk order reaches USD 10,000.
How long does mass production take?
7–15 working days after sample approval for most orders. Larger or multi-process orders are scheduled individually.
Can you print our logo and pre-encode the chips?
Yes. Send vector artwork and we handle printing, UID/laser numbering and NDEF encoding, then ship a test sample for verification.
Which certifications and quality checks do you provide?
Production follows ISO 9001 quality control with full inspection before shipment. Chip compliance documents are available on request.
