These terms govern quotations, samples and orders placed with Lozavy Intelligent Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (“LOZAVY”). By requesting a quotation or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the specification, quantity and Incoterm given at the time. Prices exclude taxes, duties and banking charges unless agreed in writing.

2. Orders and confirmation

An order becomes binding when we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice. Specification changes after confirmation may affect price and lead time.

3. Prices and payment

• Standard terms: T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
• L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 20,000. PayPal / Western Union for samples and small orders.
• Late payment may suspend production and shipment.

4. Minimum quantities and tolerances

Standard products start from 500 pcs; custom tooling usually 1,000–3,000 pcs depending on the process. Delivered quantity may vary by ±5% for label and card production; the invoice reflects the actual shipped quantity.

5. Lead time and delivery

Stock samples ship within 1–2 business days. Custom sampling takes 3–5 days for existing designs and 7–10 days for new antenna development. Standard production is 12–15 days after sample approval and deposit; 7-day express is available for repeat specifications. Delivery dates are estimates; delays caused by force majeure, customs or carrier events are excluded from liability.

6. Samples and tooling

Stock samples are free; the buyer covers shipping. Custom sampling carries a sample fee, quoted in advance, which is credited back in full once the related bulk order reaches USD 10,000 or more. Tooling made for a customer is never used for another customer.

7. Intellectual property

Your artwork, logos, chip data and drawings remain yours. We sign mutual NDAs before sampling. Unless agreed otherwise we retain rights to our own antenna designs, process know-how and generic tooling.

8. Inspection and warranty

Every reel is 100% RF tested and AQL sampled before shipment, with reports available on request. Claims for visible damage or quantity differences must be raised within 7 days of receipt; claims for concealed defects within 30 days. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement or credit of the defective goods, and does not exceed the value of the affected order.

9. Compliance

Products are manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems and can be supplied with RoHS, REACH, CE and FCC documentation on request. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the product fits the intended application and local regulations.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Disputes are finally settled by arbitration at the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SCIA) in Shenzhen, in English.
