What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product: from 500 pcs for smart cards, epoxy cards, key fobs and wristbands, and from 1,000 pcs for RFID electronic tags. Mixed specs are accepted for first orders.
How fast can I get samples?
Stock specs ship within 1–2 business days via DHL/FedEx. Custom samples take 3–5 days — we confirm the exact lead time with your quotation.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Stock samples are free of charge and you only cover the shipping. Custom sampling carries a sample fee, which is credited back in full once the related bulk order reaches USD 10,000 or more.
What certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with RoHS, REACH, CE and FCC documentation available on request.
Can you handle EMV / banking cards?
Yes — dual-interface and contactless inlays, chip modules and finished cards for EMV and biometric card programmes.

What is the MOQ for electronic tags?
1,000 pcs per specification; mixed sizes are accepted for first orders.
Can you pre-encode the EPC data?
Yes. Send us your data file (CSV/Excel) and we encode before shipment.
Do you have on-metal or high-temperature versions?
Yes. Shielded on-metal tags read reliably on metal surfaces, and ceramic tags withstand up to 250 °C for short periods. Both can be supplied with a fixed asset ID scheme.
Do you supply dry or wet inlays?
Both — dry for lamination, wet (adhesive) for direct application.
Can you pre-write a URL on every tag?
Yes. We pre-encode URLs and EPC data, and print the matching QR code or UID.
RFID Smart Cards
Can you make EMV-compliant banking cards?
Yes, including the dual-interface cards and contactless inlays used in EMV programmes.
Do you support MIFARE Plus / DESFire security?
Yes, alongside NTAG, ICODE and the other mainstream chip families.
What is the lead time for 10,000 cards?
Around 12–15 days after artwork approval and deposit; 7-day express is available for repeat specifications.

Can the epoxy card be NFC?
Yes — any NFC chip can be sealed under the epoxy dome, with full-colour printing underneath.
What is the minimum for a custom shape?
500 pcs for an existing shape, 1,000 pcs for a new shape.
Can you print in full colour and add a lanyard hole?
Yes — full-colour printing, hole or slot punching, and matching lanyards or fittings.

Do you make rewritable T5577 fobs?
Yes, plus 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz options including MIFARE and NTAG.
What is the minimum for a custom shape?
1,000 pcs for a new mould; existing shapes from 500 pcs.
Can you print a logo and match the colour?
Yes — pad printing or laser engraving, with the body colour matched to your reference.

Are the wristbands reusable?
Yes — the silicone body is waterproof and reusable, and the chip is sealed inside.
Can you encode a URL or weblink?
Yes. We pre-write URLs, UIDs or NDEF records before shipment.
What is the MOQ for custom colours?
500 pcs for standard colours, 1,000 pcs for a Pantone-matched colour.
